Excellent product. It did exactly what it was supposed to for my hair. 10/10 very reasonably priced. Cold pressed pumpkin seed oil in slender 1000mg gelatine capsules which I found very easy to swallow. Also minimum packaging. Very very happy with product. Thank you. I'm always very sceptical of supplements and their effectiveness but I have to say I am very impressed with this product. I have researched a bit about pumpkin seed oil as I suffer from incontinence since menopause and have had interrupted sleep for a long time as have to go to the loo to pee anywhere between 1-3 times a night. I have an overactive bladder but didn't want the medication prescribed my gp so thought I would try this. I'm so glad I did as I feel even within the space of a week, my bladder seems to have 'calmed' down and last night I actually slept through for the first time in a long time. Will definitely be buying more. My only negative with these is the capsule is quite large.

I have been only using for about 10 days now , but couldn’t believe how good this tablets are. I have been waking up nights and unable to sleep properly for months and accidentally came across this product. Since day one I realised a change in my toilet behaviour, but waited until now to write a proper review. I take one tablet with lot of water around evening. I have the best sleep after months and feel more healthier and fresh in the morning. I will recommend this 100%.

After doing a lot of research on the benefits of pumpkin seed oil for its anti hair fall properties, I decided to make the jump and purchase these. The tablets are quite large, but they’re completely tasteless and odourless, which is a big plus for me. I usually struggle with supplements that have a chemical taste or strange smell, but these go down easily with no issues. So far, I’ve had no side effects or aversion to taking them. It’s too early to comment on results, but I’m feeling hopeful and will continue to monitor how my hair responds over time.

Very disappointed with the product. The capsules have congealed together as well as bursting, I presume due to the vacuum packed packet they came in. I think I might be the anomaly as other people are very happy with the product but I did reach out to both Amazon and the seller about the product issue and received no feedback-back or resolution from either, will try a different brand next, it’s a shame, the oil seems quite premium quality.
