This seems to work very well. The oil isnt too thick, but seems to be great. It helps my skin feel soft and also helps my scar fade away. The size of the bottle and how much you use is well worth it. I haven't tried it on my hair so I cannot give an honest opinion on that.

I know some vitamin e oils are thinner out or cut with other oils. And almost all are soy based. Some are even clear! I was looking for the real deal for diy homemade lotions and salves. The place I used to get mine elsewhere seems to have folded up. The stuff was dark and legit and thick like molasses. Apparently this one is quite highly rated. They answered my questions pleasantly when I asked about purity. I received the bottles and they are just like what I used to have, thick, dark amber, viscous. Pure vitamin e and sourced from sunflower seeds instead. I hope it works as well but I don't see why not. Took a star off bc I don't have years of testing to share yet.

EDIT: the seller reached out to me following my 1 star review, and went out of their way to come to a satisfactory solution with me. As that is the case, I have changed my review to 3 stars, due to their excellent customer service/satisfaction efforts. I would not buy thus particular product again, but I will absolutely try others from them. Previous 1 Star Review: Hate this. First off, it's weirdly brown, which... why? It's vitamin e from sunflower oil. Where does the brown come in? Secondly, it has a strange smell that I don't like. My dog doesn't like it either, and he spends a ridiculous amount of time running around outside, trying to roll in every horrible, rotting, stenchy substance he can find, so... yeah. The viscosity is strange, too. It's oddly runny for the IUs they claim. (I'm not saying they're lying, just that there may be something in the manufacturing that's affecting the oil.) I'm sure there are people who love this product, but it is very much not the one for me.
