I love this bag I get a lot of compliments especially on the small purse it comes with... I wanted a hands-free backpack but I don't find them to be very attractive this one is fashionable...... the zipper can be a little sticky on the backpack but an old trick that my mother taught me is you take a candle and run it over the zipper and the waxy finish makes it more smoothly... recommended
