1. Heavy sound, not able to sleep at night and even at day time the sound was unbearable.2. No cooling, have tried with both water and along with ice cubes3. Air spread is very minimal, not even getting air for 2 persons without swing.Bought this item for brand but not expected this poor service by symphony, Also I’m not able to return, total waste of my money

Overall good throw of air

Despite of its smaller size, the cooler does delivers the coolness and high speed air efficiently. I was concerned as cooler with that small of size would not be able delivery well and wouldn't be able to cool the whole room, bt it proved me wrong. Since I've get this, I had never ran it on mid or high speed mode coz 'low' mode is more than sufficient for me. Quality of product is also good. I am truly happy to purchase this.

I have received a manufacturing defect product but had an okay type of experience.The airflow is very good (8/10)The cooling effect is kind of not that good, especially in the humidity area (5/10)Cooling is very good for one person (or two) but not more (4/10)The Ice tray is a good option for more cooling (8/10)Overpriced as per the size, features, and quality, at the same cost you can get a better cooler in the local market (4/10)Overall, I am not that much satisfied with the performance as per the price

Worst product,amazon not taking responsibility of responsibility even shymphony company also denied to take back and not given proper reply. If we are purchasing product from amazon then its a responsibility of amazon that replacement done from amazon side but they denied. I am raising that complain in consumer court against Amazon. And will get my refund.. dont buy that product
