Does what it says: Highly Recommend
Really takes frizz away. If you have curly hair, you know what I mean about frizz when humidity hits. I had a cowlick that's gone now, and a strange inch-long wave that suddenly showed up on my head! And you don't need a lot of shampoo to get a good lather. The results are even better with the conditioner. I stopped using the conditioner with each shampoo, and the results are still great. I have short hair, but if my hair was long, I know it would be practically straight and voluminous with this shampoo. My hairstylist of 15 years noticed that the texture of my hair has changed ... my hair is a lot less curly than normal. I also use a dot of Nexxus hair balm ... blow drying cream. It's really nice! I shampoo every day, so I don't know how my hair would appear if I didn't wash out the balm (and when I use it, the conditioner) for a couple of or three days. I suspect my hair would feel thicker and "greasier" because the blow dry balm and the conditioner both give it a "silicone" feel and look. Overall, I'm very pleased with these products: shampoo, conditioner and blow dry cream. They work well with each other, or alone!

My new Go To Shampoo
Best Shampoo. It truly does make your hair smooth. I use the conditioner as well. I truly recommend it. I will only use this shampoo going forward. You don't need to use a lot either. Less is more. I also use the Nexxus hairspray too.

No smoothing, no good for my scalp
This shampoo has a nice smell and a good lather. My hair feels clean after using it. I don't see a marked smoothing effect so far but maybe a little?

Cleans well but weighs down fine hair
Cleans well but weighs down my fine hair and doesn't really reduce frizz like I hoped. The Nexxus Volume shampoo cleans well, adds shine and volume and reduces frizz better for my fine, curly hair. This shampoo might work better for someone with thick hair.
