Smaller than it looks, so it's actually quite compact.Takes a little practice to get used to, the middle does get hotter than around the outside, which is fine because you cook in the middle and keep stuff hot around the outside.Heats up fairly fast, not as quick as a George foreman or stuff like that, but it holds the heat insanely well after switching off, watch your fingers when cleaning!

Ideal starter Griddle
Very good machine overall, easy to use so far not rust at all and cooks as it should.Only negative would be the extremely sharp edge it has in places and grinder marks left after grinding off welding marks by the looks of it.

Defective Griddle Overheating and Poor Quality - Return Requested
I am very disappointed with this griddle. It is made with poor-quality materials, and the performance is extremely underwhelming. As soon as I turned it on and set it to 100°C, it immediately overheated and burned the surface. When I tried to adjust the temperature, it was unresponsive, remaining well above 300°C. This makes it extremely difficult to control cooking and avoid burning food.The griddle surface itself is prone to scorching, with burnt-on grease that is incredibly hard to clean, even after just a single use. The waste tray, which is supposed to collect excess oil and food residue, was completely stuck and unusable. This further adds to the frustration, as cleaning the griddle efficiently is nearly impossible.In addition, the overall build quality feels flimsy, with visible wear after only a short period of use. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-maintain cooking tool.I am returning this product immediately, as it does not meet any basic quality standards.

Not worth money
This griddle was used once then went in the bin. Awful to clean and everything sticks even when it's been greased.It says clean with a dry cloth but that's no good getting any sort of food off the plate.
