Another great success with our WantJoin14 qt pressure cooker: a batch of dry soy beans, adzuki beans, green beans, black beans, Bambara beans, and peanuts. 10 cups of mixture of the above plus filtered water just up to the Maximum line, you don't even have to clean the pressure lid after the beans are done!NM---------------------- An update, Sunday, 02/23/2025 ---------------------------We got the 14 qt pressure cooker last night, Monday 02/17/2025.This afternoon, we did a dozen chicken drumsticks and 4 chicken thighs to make chicken broth. The result is great! Meat simply shakes off the bones! And the broth is first rate! Then we did another batch and got the same great result! From start (filtered water with refrigerated chicken drumsticks and thighs) to finish (after pressure valves released on their own), it takes about an hour and half for a batch. We timed about 30 minutes of pressured cooking time to ensure the meat comes off the bones. Much much faster than four hour slow-cooking with a non-pressure cooker.A note: We filled water up to the Maximum mark only - no grease or grime ever comes close to the pot rim and the dome of the lid remains clean after cooking! And always press both ends of the lid (you'll hear excess air escaping around the silicon ring) before turning the handle to lock it in place.To sum it up: Great product! 14 qt is worth it for cooking large quantity of food.p.s. The package comes with a round stainless steel steam rack, an extra silicon gasket (32cm), a few tiny silicon gaskets for the valves on the lid.--------------------------------------------Prior to our purchase, we contacted (via email) WantJoin customer service with a question about spare parts on its 14 qt pressure cooker. In the WANTJOIN User Manual Pressure Cooker I wish the instructions were more clear.It should show a PICTURE of EACH part like which part is the anti-blockage shield, the 1/2 float controlled valve and the safety value, so I’ll know what part they are talking about in the instructions. I don’t want to do anything wrong and get hurt by the hot steam, so the instructions need to be more clear and precise!Because of this I haven’t used it yet.

Since I purchased it 2023, this product has been leaking whenever it starts accumulating pressure (water exploding all over my kitchen). I tried replacing the rubber seal replacement that came with the product but the same thing. No w Iam afraid to use this product due to sudden burst of pressure and hot water whenever i use it. Iam willing to compromise with seller if they can advise a solution to this expensive pressure cooker that I can use without fear of getting injured. I am hoping they will respond to me otherwise, do not buy this product, for safety issues and unreliability.

Purchase a 14 qt. cooker which initial ended up in Missouri. so, I purchased a second one thinking I would never see that one and planned on cancelling the first. The one from Missouri which was now expected 3 days out, came first, hours within the second purchase arrival date, the same day??? I open the box and initially when I could not get the circular insert to pass the top open area to fit inside the cooker, I thought this was poor workmanship or the wrong cooker size (someone screwed up in quality control). I did my return label and thought to try one more time to fit the insert inside the cooker. Low and behold! I discovered, you have to put it in at an angle (45--90 degrees), then when it gets almost halfway down inside the cooker, you turn it horizontally to fit perfectly. This blew me away. it was the right insert for the right cooker after all. I was wrong to begin with. I cancelled the return order and kept it after trying it out. I love it. Heats up fast for a large pot and cooks fast as well. it gets 5/5 stars. I loved it, I decided to keep the 2nd one as well. For a large pot like that, make sure to press down on the opposite end first, to get the excess air out and the arrow are lined up perfectly on the handle before trying to close the cooker or you'll damage the silicon/rubber seal over time by cutting into them and cause a steam leak. Its a great asset to my kitchen.
