Ok product but lots of mistake in stitching

I liked the cloth and material bt it didn't fit me so I replace nd thn return the product. But it's been 1month, product picked up 26 oct.also it Reached to the band.but till today I don't get my refund.why ?? i call multiple times to the customer services they provide same speech again n again that -refund will be initiated in 3,5 business days.what the hell,i want my money back.next time if I have to ordere from this brand i will think multiple times before place order.im so pissed off😡😡😡. #Stylum Brand- if I have to call again n again for my own money back and so much this hassle so why I ordered from you next time ??
