Love those spices
I have been using Spice'N Slice for a long time. I used to buy them from Cabalas but I don't see them there anymore so started buying them directly from the store ( via amazon ). I love those spices. Very good flavor. easy prep directions. my favorites are Salami and Bologna.

Makes Tasty Venison Salami
This is my favorite for making salami from ground venison each fall. It's so easy, and everyone seems to love it. I highly recommend you give it a try if you have venison in your freezer!

Awesome old school sausage
Simply put.... this is the one....I've tried them all but no one is able to come close to the perfection this sausage offer.

Great for making sausage
I mix with Nesco brand of hot & spicy with 5 lbs hamburger and extra red pepper flakes, jalapeños and mustard seeds. Bake in oven at 300° for couple hours after rolling into 4 logs Yummy

So glad to find this again
I had used this product back in the late 70's early 80's and loved it. In about 1990, my grocery store quit selling it and I tried other recipes, but nothing matched it. I recently decided to look it up online and found it is still being made but just doesn't have many stores carrying it. I then checked amazon and found it here! I am so glad to find this and start making it again as my family enjoy it so much. I
