No rubber pads as it said
The rubber pieces that keep it from sliding around are missing easy fix but not as advertised

Works great for my project and is reasonably priced with very quick delivery.

Easy to install, works seemlessly.
I installed it in 10 minutes, very easy. Material is plastic, but sturdy enough to hold the tray. Could have gone for a bigger one may be a 10 inch, but it is doing the job well so far.
