PRODUCT – SUSHI RICE BRAND: FUTURE FOODS REVIEW: They say – “Make the most perfect sushi with our sushi rice” and I got to tell you, the sushi I made, left my whole family in awe for the first time all thanks to future foods. I have always struggled to find aesthetic and affordable ingredients for making sushi at home. I have tried sushi rice from different brands and I keep trying all of the exotic stuff in the market, I window shop them all. However, they provide one of the best quality products in the market! They have a wide variety of exotic and imported grains, from sushi rice to sticky rice, from semolina couscous to black, red, and white quinoa- they have it all! They’re products are directly imported from foreign countries like Italy, Japan, California, etc. What I liked the most about FUTURE FOODS is their packaging style, all of the products are packed in different coloured boxes which suit the respective product neatly and aesthetically. Also, each product has making instructions printed on the back of the box which really helps, else one surfs through the internet like internet owl, searching for the right recipe with the right measures. I have tried and loved their star product – sushi rice. Definitely going to try the rest of the products too! I personally feel that their products are a little more cost effective and high quality than other brands in the market. RECOMMENDED to all Asian food homemakers and lovers! RATING – 5/5 THANK YOU!

Good quality rice for paella though a bit less glutinous than required. But taste great

I barely got a glucose spike after eating upto120grams of cooked rice. I wear a CGM Patch to monitor my glucose after eating and the spike was much less than the spike from 1 multi millet flour roti. Ofcourse I cooked it in an open pan and drained the balance water. Not cooked in pressure cooker..
