This mattress is the bomb! Also, it included the absolute best set of directions I've ever seen in my life, both cute & humorous. If all directions were like this I'd always read them & not just when I run into an issue or can't figure something out. Anyway, super comfortable, best bed in a box I've purchased & I've purchased many. Fills out quickly, to the right size, holds its shape after nightly use, firm edges & I didn't notice any smell. I look forward to laying in my bed.... only issue I have is my animals beat me to it so I gotta fight for a spot most nights.

i've had this mattress for almost a full year at this point. it's comfortable. it was conveniently packaged, delivered, and looks great. it seems durable, and the price point is very attractive. my main and only issue is: this mattress gets HOT. i'm talking like- wake up in the middle of the night and rip my sheets off hot. the memory foam is so dense (i'm not sure if that's the right word), and the spot where you kinda sink in gets molten. i bought this because it was listed a cooling mattress, and i have not had a single cooling experience. let me reiterate: i LIKE the mattress. it IS comfortable. it's just not cooling at all.

I have had this mattress for 2.5 years now and I meant to write a review much earlier. It's absolutely perfect for side sleepers like myself and back sleepers like my wife. It's never hot and has kept it's shape, even the corners, after all this time. It has no odors and the knit top feels good enough to use without sheets if you wanted. This is my first experience with a foam mattress and it is amazing how much better they are than springs.

Comfortable bed for a great price! In 2020, I bought my first "bed in a box", the ZINUS Queen 12 Inch Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattress, medium firm, and was pleasantly surprised how truly comfortable it is, although, despite the "cooling gel", I believe the bed sleeps hot. I remedied this with a cooling mattress pad, which, helped tremendously. Wanting to upgrade to a King mattress, I did my research again with ZINUS. I was very hesitate as it did not have the medium firm that I fell in love with the Queen. After much debate and reading the reviews, I purchased the ZINUS King 12" Cooling Gel MEDIUM mattress, although, not quite as firm as I would like, it is still very comfortable and I have slept well in the past 2 weeks that I have owned the mattress. Immediately, I also purchased a cooling mattress pad as I know it would probably also sleep a little warm being a foam mattress. Overall, I think these past 2 purchases are comfortable, inexpensive and provide great sleep each night. In addition, I had no issues whatsoever with the smell or waiting 72 hrs for the mattress to regain its full shape, which it did.
