I like the fact that it is easy to take. I believe the C8 content will be more beneficial to my health and weight loss journey. I noticed I have more energy while taking this product. I would say that its money well spent.

Don't be fooled the word PURE , when I read pure I assumed organic. I was wrong this "pure" oil is mixed with palm oil and THAT is not pure, that's poison.

I make my own skin creams and it’s brilliant especially when you have psoriasis or eczema.1 cup unrefined beeswax3 cups mct oilOr can jazz it up and add a few table spoons of veg glycerin and blend to emulsify. Or if you’re really wanting something that penetrates deep into the skin I very slowly whisk aloe Vera gel into it to create a gel like consistency and can do it with a few tablespoons of witch hazel too or essential oil.I then make a witch hazel aha fruit acid glycerin spray that I use before and after and use a silicone thing to massage my face or theragun and I always get comments on how amazing my skin is or people think I’m 18…. I’m 33.
