Wired backwards, motor gets hot!
No instruction and the loose parts were just thrown loose in the box, the screws for the mounting brackets were missing. Once we figured out how to assemble it we found the motor was wired backwards so it turned the wrong direction. We fixed that and were able to get it running. After running for just a few minutes the motor gets over 200 degrees and will easily burn you. The motor is a 50hz not a 60 hz need for in the US. Once we got it turning the right diresction it did skim oil well. Overall it is not good.

Broke after 1 week of use.
Broke after 1 week of use. Support took forever to get back with me. Now I can't return it. Unhappy with the overall product design.Update: While trying to fix it, we took the front cover off to adjust the belt and the sheet metal on the inside has raw burrs leftover from their manufacturing process. The edges are incredibly sharp on the model we got and it sliced a hand open.

Worst item on Amazon
Total garbage. Run this thing for 3 days and this thing didn’t do anything.Motor heated up after a hr of turning on and start squeaking. Not worth anything don’t waist your time and money

Ran for about an hour and overheated and never worked again. Returned it days after purchasing
