So, I'm not sure why I haven't written a review sooner.Well, honestly, I guess I haven't because I am slightly embarrassed about buying an item of clothing specifically for my man boobs. It's not really something people like to talk about. Maybe some of you out there might feel the same way.No, man boobs are not so fun, but let me tell you something: THIS SHIRT/GIRDLE GETS RID OF THEM!I have lost about 200 lbs and there is loose skin in places that make a lot of clothes less than flattering. This helps with my tummy a little bit, but I really got it to help with the saggy boobs.Seriously, my luscious tits are no more. These big floppy knockers are gone, I tell you!If you are hesitating, stop. This is my third one and I will absolutely, positively be buying more as they wear out. I have had one for better than a year. Spend the money and you will be glad.I wear a 2x and I bought a LARGE which is two sizes smaller than my normal t-shirt size based on a recommendation I read in another review. Be aware that getting it on can be a bit of a squeeze at first. You will eventually get used to putting it on and will get better at doing it, but it will be a challenge at first so don't say you weren't warned. For those with lesser boobs, try only one size smaller than your normal shirt size.A couple of things to be aware of:In the summertime, remember that you are adding another layer of clothing to whatever you will have on. You WILL be a little hotter. In cooler climates and during the fall and wintertime, you will be just fine.Also, if you are a hugging kind of person, people will feel that you have something on under your t-shirt. This is not the fault of the garment as it does its job well. But because it works so well, people will feel the tightness when they touch you.I can't remember the washing instructions, but I always just wash in cold water and hang dry.There isn't too much more I can say except goodbye tits. I will not miss you in the least.

I recently lost about 65 pounds and unfortunately not enough of it came from the chest area! How unfortunate. I never considered myself to have gynecomastia before, with my belly sticking out to keep my build square, but there's no use in hiding from labels now. I'm ready to drop down shirt sizes but the chest is always tight or causes the fabric to drape down unattractively. It sucks.This compression tee does its job well, holding in the extra skin from weight loss and distributing the leftover fat on my chest to look more natural. I can wear smaller shirts now, and slim cut button-downs look like they're supposed to. I weigh about 250 pounds and have a 46 inch chest, measured loosely over the moobs. The x-large size fits snugly, just like it should.If you have a slim build and gynecomastia, this shirt is going to be too loose in the stomach. It's definitely cut for guys with some gut and a large waist. This is not a girdle, however. It's not going to redistribute love handles, it's not going to push a pot belly into abs. It you are overweight and have a belly that sticks past your chest, this shirt is not going to sculpt that into an attractive male shape. The fabric in the stomach is not designed to do anything more than smooth a bit. You will look like an overstuffed sausage, sorry. But if you have an oversized chest and a stomach that is a little smaller in your profile, this compression tee will help out a lot. It's not too expensive, it's heavy duty, and it works. It doesn't impede breathing either, so that's a big plus. Give it a shot.I'd also like to take a minute to talk to the seller. I understand that titling this product entry "Underworks Mens Extreme Gynecomastia Chest Binder Girdle T-shirt X-large White" is some kind of crude search engine optimization, but it's not working. Have you considered something a bit more generic or euphemistic in the title with suggested uses in the product description? It makes me sad to see it in my purchase history.

First let me say that I have purchased products from Underworks before. I can't live without the "Compression Bodysuit Girdle" and the "Tanksuit Girdle". Those are high quality products. That's why I decided to try "Binder T-Shirt", and I have never been more disappointed. If I could give no stars at all I would. There is absolutely no compression. It's lose and to be honest, it's more like a regular t-shirt. The material is nothing like the Bodysuit or the Tanksuit. I wear size medium on both Bodysuit and Tanksuit, and even after a year, it's tight and I still have to work my way to get it on, but the compression never went away. Those are great products, but this shirts are a joke and an embarrassment for the company. And since the shipping took so long ( almost a month) I didn't even bother to return it. I guess they are going to be sleeping shirts now. I really hope that in a future, the company update the shirts to match the quality of their other products.
