Haven't had a problem yet
I've been using this daily for about 2 months now and it's never failed. 100% of the time, it picks up and drops the call when I need it to. I like it when things just work.

Works well - overpriced monopoly
For what this is, the price is too much. However, you don't have any better choice.This works MUCH better than the lifters we have. The mechanical lifters get stuck sometimes, this lifts the "headset" button which is the proper way to use a headset. That way the headset volume can be set separate from the handset.
