Q: Will this cut a lock shackle?

It will cut, if it's not thicker than a number 6 rebar

Q: i just want to cut 1/2' rebar...i do not need to bend anything...is this product capable of that, and is it durable?

Cut 10- 12 pieces of #5 rebar now will not cut. No resistance on handle when blades contact bar. internal hydraulics blew seal?

Q: How do I order replacement blades. I use this tool a lot and it works great, but the blades will eventually wear out at the rate I am using it
