Doesn’t tell you if you should add anything or how to wash or if it’s toxic I mixed it with some flour to make a lot of colored flower it worked out alright but better results with just using the product by itself rather than trying to stretch it with the flour

Worth the FUN and SMILES!
So much joy this powder brought to our school COLOR walkabout! All non-toxic and easy to remove. I have many students with severe allergies and this product was safe for students with nut/dairy allergies. Washes out of clothes easily.
