I don't write many reviews but I when I read the many reviews that rated this low due to taste, I had to respond. Herb Pharm is a great company that produces quality products. I've been taking this particular product for as long as they've been producing it. It works. Within 20 minutes of taking it, I'm relaxed and able to fall asleep. It gives me about 4 hours straight which is really good for me. Does it taste terrible? It doesn't taste good but after the many years of consuming this product, I take it straight and then take a sip of water. No big deal. But you can certainly put it in juice if the taste is too strong for you. It's an herbal extract made with alcohol, herbs and glycerin. That's it. Nothing else. And that's what it tastes like. Certified organic, ethically sourced, produced with quality production and oversight and gluten free. I couldn't want better. It's not supposed to taste good! It's supposed to work and it does! I’ve only used it a couple of times but so far it has worked very well. I have tried lots of things but it seems like this is going to help more with sleeping through more of the night. I ordered it while my dog was sick. She passed yesterday and this helped me so much. I can’t understand why people complain so much about the taste. The benefit of sleeping lasts for hours and the bad taste lasts for seconds.

My cortisol levels were through the roof, and it had affected my sleep for a very long time. Very good to get relax and helps to sleep. for me start to work in like 20 minutes ,Taste is very strong I dont like that but at the end of the day is a natural product so🤷🏼‍♂️

Edit: worked very well for 3 weeks and then it stopped working. Oh boy. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this although I don’t know why, this is a superb company. I add this to my sleepy time tea every night and It doesn’t knock me out, it just relaxes me and boy do I sleep well now. I even feel so much better the next day and I have so much more energy. I didn’t know I wasn’t sleeping that well. I was worried about the taste with the hops and stuff, but it is just fine. The taste is not bad at all. It’s really beautiful when I mix it with my tea. I will be buying this on a regular basis. I was actually going to make my own tincture with the same ingredients, but it is much more affordable to buy already made. If you want a good night rest, do not hesitate to buy this one and put it in subscribe and save!!!

This product tastes absolutely terrible but I did take it because I need to get to sleep doesn't work at all I took triple dose I would not recommend it to anyone cost too much money and does not work

I have insomnia and have tried EVERYTHING. I love this tincture because it works and doesn’t leave me groggy the next day. I’ve also used the Traditional Medicinals Sleep Tea, which has similar ingredients, and that also works, though this tincture is far more convenient. The taste is very herby, but not terrible. Squirt it in a little water and shoot it back, then rinse your mouth.Sure, sometimes my insomnia even beats this stuff, but aside from a certain green plant legal in some states, this works most of the time and is reasonably priced.
