I bought this but it produces an annoying buzzing sound when playing music/bass, I assume from vibration. Any suggestions to get it to stop?

I would glue a swatch of felt on the bottom, where the Home rests and that should cut down on vibrations. If it's rattling against the sides you could wrap felt around the frame maybe.

Is this mount 3D printed ?

Is not the 3d printed. The material is metal of heavy Guage. I thought about buying some 3d printed but doubt I would do as good in terms of pricing. I am happy with price and quality
