Disrespect to customers & careless attitude
I received a Calm roller, but its composition is not the same as indicated for the Calm roller on the website. The box and the website have one composition (they match), but the roller itself has a different composition, like the Self Care roller. This is your mistake, sort it out. I will not lower the rating, because the smell is pleasant and I like it. But I'm taking two stars off because you're selling an expired roller. That's disrespectful to your customers.
