I’m not a big fan of dry fish fry, I’ve always liked a wet fish batter. But.. I like the Everglades seasoning that I put on all of my meats for the grill so I thought I would give this a shot. I fried crappies with it and WOW!! It’s super good and just full of flavor! It’s my new fish fry! Luv it

This is a pantry staple for me, also, try their seasonings you can't go wrong, a lot of flavor and less salt.

Love using this mix along with equal parts flour and crushed Ritz crackers to make delicious fried fish. The flavor is fantastic!
