Honestly, it would be hard to mess this up. I use it to roll my arches since my feet get stiff sometimes and it works great. Bigger than a tennis ball and holds it's shape without giving way like thinner or more hollow balls will do. I can't speak at all to if you're going to use it to acttally play lacross. For massaging purposes, it's got a nice feel to it, its solid and heavy so the quality seems good, and using it for stiffness and pain relief has been really good for me. It's a good deal on a product that would be hard to mess up.

Very effective in loosening up the muscles and surrounding tissue. I’ve tried one of the balls on my back and I use the other ball on my feet. It can be a bit intense but the feeling afterwards is fantastic. I’ll roll my foot over one of the balls which really helps to loosen up the muscle tissue. Surprisingly effective and highly recommended. I don’t know if there’s much difference between competitors products but I found these balls to be quite good. They seem to be a high quality and durable product.

The physiotherapist recommended this ball for exercise for a problem with the pain in shoulder. It worked wonders and now pain free.
