Very nice product. I gifted it to my mother & she just loved it totally. Worth the money. The packing was too hard to open, my parents got tired as it was tied up very hard & too many layers in packing to open until they could reach the fountain

Beautiful - gives a different feel to its surroundings

The fountain does not work. The water pump is not at all good. It is a very ordinary machine. They do not even provide an instruction manual. They only send a paper that too was not printed properly and that holds such a "big" advice regarding the functioning of the fountain.
