good material, easy to install

My drain connection from the sink wasn't threaded so I had to cut part of the downpipe off and use a 1-1/4" fernco to get a good connection to the vertical. The horizontal rough needs to be cut flush with the wall to get a good seating for the push connect and escutcheon, i also needed to cut a length off of the horizontal from this kit to get an 8" rough to center of drain. Overall, clean enough install, just not as easy as i initially hoped and the install video that came with the box is not the same product so no luck there.

I am in the process of remodeling my bathroom and will be raising the height of the vanity and sinktop. The vanity sits within an alcove in the room with walls on both sides so no way of increasing space under the vanity by building a wider base. This new style (to me at least) p-trap requires a lot less space and fits perfectly with the pop up drain I have for the new sink. I have not installed the trap yet but measuring it indicates that even though I have raised the height of the top it will still fit without major modification. Even if I'm off slightly since all the fittings are standard 1-1/4" fittings all I would need would be an extension on the drain tube. I like the plastic cup liner in the trap. This should reduce the tendency for metal drain tubes to rust through and leak at the bottom of the downturn while also making retrieving any item dropped down the drain easy by simply unscrewing the cup.

I had to change the sink drain in my bathroom and this did the trick, it was easy to install and very sturdy. Now I have zero leaks and the drain looks nice too

Item arrived well packaged. Product has a very refined appearance. Excellent for installations where under the sink is visible. All parts fit together easily. Stylish and modern design for all renovation needs.

I sent this back and bought a different drain... it just uses a rubber gasket at the wall with no threaded fitting. Its not like a standard drain that has a gasket with a threaded fitting to tighten it to the wall. To me this had way too high a chance of developing a leak. Either due to the hot/cold cycles of running hot water or due to any small vibration/wiggle of the sink.

Easy install, easy clean. Great product, would recommend!

Very good quality and easily installed. And, it is the only one that matched my bathroom basin. I could not find it anywhere except on Amazon.
