WOW ! THIS JOURNAL IS AMAZING!! I received it over the weekend and opened it up immediately. I read the instructions and away I went structuring my morning routine and moving onto my work sessions. Without this structure....I was honestly working too long of hours and getting burnt out. I was living in pain from sitting in front of a computer way to long. John Lee Dumas made up one of the healthiest concepts for me to implement with breaking my work into Sessions and taking "Refresh time". It was permission to stop...and take a break...even if I wasn't done with my Chapter, Powerpoint, Script, Video or whatever. Sometimes we need Permission..isn't that crazy? The Mastery Journal is very well put together and it a HUGELY USEFUL TOOL ! Thanks for changing up my routine with your incredible structure JLD. BRILLIANT!

I thought I was a productive person BEFORE this journal—I'm actually a coach who teaches people how to get organized and be productive—but now... I'm on total FIRE. (No pun intended.) Seriously, I'm way more focused than ever before and have now started sharing this method and journal with my clients! And, I just LOVE the 10-day productivity/discipline chart — so good!

John Lee Dumas has mastered the art of entrepreneurial gratitude and giving away tons of value to those of us still trying to learn and make it. The Mastery Journal is way more than I originally expected. You can see the value and untold hours of research and preparation that John has put in to this journal. I have been a listener of his podcast, Entrepreneurs on Fire, since episode 1722 and have capatilized on a lot of his free resources that have been invaluable in my journey. The money you spend on this journal is an investment in your future. Don’t just buy one, buy 5 and give 4 away this Christmas to those folks in your life that want to make great changes for the New Year!

Although upon initial appearance this journal may seem simplistic, it is an INCREDIBLY powerful tool that, when used consistently, has improved my discipline, productivity and focus. I am now just on the 10-day period and have found that I am already getting amazing results in my life. The journal itself is well made, durable, easy to write in, and the pen I use doesn't bleed through. There are also detailed pages at the beginning of the journal that explain very clearly how to use it for maximum effectiveness. I am deeply thankful to John Lee Dumas for creating such a valuable tool.

I am now on day 3 of the mastery journal.Already I am waaaay further along on my goals for this week than I would have been without it.I am guilty of setting way shorter pomodoros than I need, but with this journal, even that is proving valuable. Mainly because following the process in the journal is teaching me what kind of time different tasks really take. I can only imagine the motivation and productivity gains that allows for the future.And that is invaluable. Not only will help me plan better for the future, I know

I was trying to find a journal that would help me get through each day having done something. This journal did not help at all. Probably my own fault, but here's what I wish were different:1. I have ADHD, so something that helps me track my symptoms/drug efficacy would be great.2. I want an area to write about my day. What went right, what went wrong, how I felt, how many beers I drank, how many hours of sleep I got, how much free time I had.3. I don't want a book that is so session based. Days have more than sessions.Meh, don't really recommend it for anybody with ADHD who is trying to get their life organized.

I have read many writings from John Lee Dumas, get mails from him regularly, but have not had time to crack the book open. So much going on right now. My daughter is reading it and is loving what she is learning. I know I will too, as it's down to earth, makes sense, and the author is amazing and authentic.
