The Five Dysfunctions of a Team: A Leadership Fable by Patrick Lencioni(2002-04-11) Paperback

Must read for all Managers who are having bigger team and most of them are disoriented. I have prepared a presentation out of the contents of this book and discussing with my larger team.

Personally, this book helped me in changing my approayfor interviewing candidates, as a team lead. It is must for every leader to think of various aspects that are often neglected when choosing the right people

Good book for business leaders wanting to improve your team's culture and effectiveness.

This book has changed my life!!

There is a major misprint/editing error. Pages 135-155 are repeated. (The story sounded like it was repeating itself and then I realized it was😂). Fairly basic lessons about teamwork. It's a quick read so almost worth it.

This was false advertising, I was charged $6 more than I should have been for paperback

The purchase of this product was very misleading. The title says “hardcover”, but I switched the option to “paperback”, hoping for a paperback copy.I ended up receiving a hardcover book (which cost more than the hardcover option), even though I selected the option for paperback.
