Easy to use, stimulating and relaxing
Easy to use this inexpensive, small, bumpy, plastic mat for foot massage. We put it on the hard floor by bathroom sink. Use it several times a day when standing to wash up, brush teeth, brush hair, wash hands, etc. An acupuncturist suggested using a tray of rocks to walk on to stimulate acupressure points on the feet. But, I figured this mat could offer light stimulating foot reflexology without the pain of walking on rocks. We don't have any feet problems. From the first use of this mat, it felt good to stand barefoot on the mat to massage the feet with marching in place, also forward, back, side to side. Also feels good to roll the feet and knead feet into the mat (like a cat making biscuits with its paws). The sensation is both stimulating and relaxing.

Worth the money.
First of all, this was very inexpensive. It seems to work well. It has various types of hard plastic. It’s a little narrow to stand on it straight on as a tall man, but you can use your weight to impact your pressure points on different parts of your feet. There are no uncomfortable angles and after a month and a half of daily use it seems to be durable.

Works as light pressure point therapy on the soles of your feet while you sit
As long as you keep your expectations low -- this is for acupuncture-like massage on the soles of your feet, not a miracle cure-all -- this product works. I use it when I am using my desktop computer since I sit in front of it way too much. I feel as though I am getting pressure-point therapy, passively, that is beneficial in the long run, all while doing something (sitting) that is not good for my health, a way of getting closer to net zero instead of being negative. It would be better for you to stop sitting as much as I do but if you're going to do it, you might as well have your feet worked on a little while you sit. I let gravity do the work. I have a light, pleasant post-massage sensations after I stand up (on the mat) and walk away.

good investment- reflexology!
live in Asia long time user and believer of reflexology. this mat is great. just enough to stimulate your pressure points without being extremely painful. it will HURT at first but over time will get use to it. definitely try it out with socks first time for pain management. but after that you will want to spend time on it daily! purchasing a 2nd one to use with office standing desk

Easy to use, feels great
This product is so easy to use for such great benefits of hitting so many acupressure points. I placed it next to my bathmat. That makes it easy to use as it is a visible reminder before or after bathing. When we first got it, I did try it with socks and also on top of the bathmat, so there was some flexibility in it. I was able to very quickly transition to bare feet with the mat on the hard floor. I would absolutely buy this product again and recommend it for you to buy also. I will be buying one for family.

Do not use it if pregnant or breastfeeding
Good and somewhat relaxing. Do not use it if pregnant or breastfeeding. The thing is I didn't feel so much difference using it. Easy to use, and portable.

Hurts so good!
When I opened the package I was not sure I could put my whole weight on this mat - but after a few attempts I was able to really grind into it and get an excellent deep foot massage. I am 55, regular gym exerciser, in excellent health. But then my feet started bothering me, between toes and bottom of heel. Began to affect my walking at work. So had to do something. I found an oddly cut rubber ball lying around and found this did a pretty good job of foot massage, just rolling it around on the floor. Later I found that foot massage balls are actually a thing. That worked fine for months!! And it was free! But then I found I needed a better massage and the ball can't really reach up around the sides of the foot. I use this Futzuki mat now every day vigorously standing and grinding my feet on it. It is suuuuper stimulating. Leaves a nice tingle afterwards. I use this in conjunction with the TheraFlow wooden foot massager - I think they work great together. The Theraflow is not that great for standing on like the Futzuki mat, but is better when sitting down. Futzuki is not as effective when sitting down - you really gotta grind on it with full standing body weight to get the full benefit. So yeah, if anything is wrong with your feet you will not be able to tolerate it. But if you can start slowly and work up tolerance to it, TRY. It does a really good job.
