So I need something to use as a headrest for my desk chair as the one from the factory was too thick.This advertised 10 x 7 x 1.4 would be a touch on the small side but should work.ONLY IF that wasn't the dimension of the box instead of the cushion.It's more like a 9x6x1 real size, smaller than a standard mouse pad and much too thin (for my intended use).I was about to send it back when a bad case of tennis elbow showed up so I strapped this thing to the arm rest of said desk chair and ended up with a really comfy elbow support.Up side - breathable fabric with anti-slip bumps on one side and no bad smell like some memory foam.Does not get hot after hours and hours of use.If you need a cushion for your elbow or wrist, this is about the right size.

Im giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 because the quality is inconsistent. I’ve ordered 2 so far:The first one I ordered is perfect. Im sitting on it right now and it delivers everything it promises. I have hypermobility (my doctor thinks I have EDS) and have struggled with piriformis syndrome which causes a lot of sciatic pain whenever I sit.I sat on a cushion from a brand that rhymes with “blurple” and it was AMAZING, except for the expensive price tag. I scoured amazon for the closest affordable dupe and chose this one. The cushion is thick, comfortable, and cradles my butt bones and evens out the pressure of my rear end when I sit. I’ve taken it on airplanes, in the car, and when I’m sitting at work. It makes sitting bearable for me, so I can’t recommend it enough.Around 2 months later I ordered another one for my mom, but when it came it was much stiffer and not as comfortable. They might’ve changed the material that the insert is made of, but it’s nowhere as squishy as the first one I bought.So, if the odds are right and you receive a cushion like the one I got the first time, you’re in for a treat. If you receive a cushion like the second one I bought it’s not as good.

Huge relief for patient with difficulty sitting. Not only more comfortable, but leading to more rapid healing of pressure sore.

Don’t buy if you weigh less than 180 lb. Made for 200 lb and above. Very thick 2 &1/2 inches thick. Very thick not much give. Don’t expect memory foam type of material.Very breathable though made rugged and tough. Not for me(I got a memory foam seat cushion). But might be perfect for you if you’re 200 lb. ✌️Jack

Cushion arrived on time good, as advertised materials and quality.

As soon as I sat down on it, it instantly collapsed. There is no support at all. It appears that the honeycomb walls are way too thin to support any weight of an adult of normal healthy size. If you are over 50 pounds, this will not support you. My old thin cushion has more support than this thing.

Very comfortable. It gave me extra height and a more comfortable sitting experience.
