Great product

I originally bought this for the garage. But we have pups so now I have one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. It's great. You don't have to touch it at all to get paper towels.

Don't buy this. The way the roller holder is setup it can't hold a regular roll. It is an issue with the right side hanger. The roll slips off and then the dispenser wont feed. I would send it back if I hadn't already drilled the black plate to hang it. Save your money buy a Marathon dispenser from Sam's Club

Works well but is pretty slow when dispensing paper towels. Also have to rip the paper towel off before it will dispense more. Easy to install.

Now you have to buy their brand of Paper Towels for the Machine. I monetized a box of 3 Rolls for about $52.00. These 3 Rolls are Huge. You may never need Paper Towels for years. Now these paper towels are not made for "How they Feel" in the hand such as consumer paper towels. These Paper Towels are Commercial Grade and are made to Do the Job I originally ordered one, but after a week ordered a second machine. One for Main Floor and one in the Bathroom. En mi caso lo compre para uso doméstico, lo puse en la cocina para dejar de comprar los rollos de servitoalla, funciona de maravilla, no es la mejor estética para la cocina sin embargo la función y la comodidad lo supera por mucho. Debo aclarar que me ha costado trabajo encontrar los rollos de papel que le quedan. en una tienda especializada me hicieron modificaciones en el portarrollos y funciona excelente.
