Crown Heights Glossy Black 3" x 6" Ceramic Wall Tile

We used this in our new shower. It is really nice, and the builder was able to make us a wonderful pattern using it.

The tiles themselves are of poor quality. They are in between a gloss and a matte; not glossy. That being said, they were shipped improperly and the majority of tile is broken. Almost every single one. Very dusty and obviously have been in a warehouse for quite some time.

The tile would have been good. However they were just thrown into a box loose!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I can’t believe not more tiles didn’t break. Almost half are cracked or chipped! I have never received a pkg from Amazon like this before. I can’t return them because the tile applicator is going to be here tomorrow.

50% of the tiles I ordered arrived damaged. Appearance is attractive but quality seems very poor.
