An excellent product. It's easy to use but it would be helpful if there was a guide or a small video to help initially. It took me a little time to figure out how to best use it.Used it with multiple time settings for various thickness of plastic.Works with food grade as well as cling film.

Product not working after 3 months of use.

Initially had given 4 stars but it has lasted me just 1 year of minimal usage. I use it maybe once a week for 1 hour only and after 1 year it doesn't work. Had to replace the heat filament once already and this time I don't know what is the problem. For price I guess it was a good buy but it doesn't last.
