Blades won’t extend after 1/2 day of use roofing.
Received this knife yesterday. 1st impression was it the plastic handle was a bit cheesy. No extra blade storage. Wanted this knife so I didn’t have to carry two razor knives for roof shingles; 1 hooked blade and 1 straight. Worked well for the 1st couple of hours… then the straight blade wouldn’t extend. Ok, went and grabbed my single blade knife. So now I have one single blade knife and one hooked blade knife, defeating the purpose of having a two blade knife… about an hour later, the hooked blade and the straight blade won’t extend. Fiddled with it during lunch… no joy. My opinion, might be good for office and warehouse use. Doesn’t work for roofing. Most likely because of all the bits of shingle and tar that gum up the works. :(

Bad build quality
How the knife works is great and functional. But how it's made is what makes this product pretty bad. When the knife is extended all the weight is away from the handle which is made of light plastic. Trying to flip this thing open is not reliable and you're likely to just have it fly out of your hands. Don't buy this thing until they update it with a lighter head or heavier handle.

Cool Concept, but needs a little work.
Pros:Its a really cool knife concept that lets you choose between two blades. It is also very very easy to swap blades. Just extend the blade out, press the two red buttons, then pull out the blade. Then press the buttons again and insert a new blade. Very fast and easy.Cons:1. The blade chooser switch seems reversed. When you press the red tab to the left, the right blade comes out, and vice versa. I understand that you are "locking" the blade that comes out, but they should reverse it somehow. Also, do not move the blade selector while the blade is out. It takes a few tries of putting the blade in and out again for the locking mechanism to catch so you can select the proper blade.2. Handle is plastic, while the head/blade holder is metal. This make the knife very top heavy. It just feels un-even when using. They need to make the handle metal, or heavier to even the weight distribution.3. It needs a belt clip, plain and simple. Or at least have one that is removeable, so for the people that only put this in a bag, or in their pocket, they can remove it if they don't want it.I understand that a metal handle and a belt clip will increase the cost, but it will make it soo much better, and totally worth the money.
