Awesome product.
Fast delivery! Perfect shipping condition! Perfect taste! I'm using this in my Personal Fitness Training Company for my Healthy Shakes I make for my clients. It's perfect so far and I took some home and it's been perfect with my recipes. Who cares where the Olives came from! Who Cares whether they used 1 or 2 different Olives to Smash, so it saved some money and then that saves the consumer some money! It is still pure OLIVE OIL People! Relax. And just because your used to a certain taste of oil doesn't mean all oils are going to taste the same. And everyone likes a different taste based on what they are used to. Not necessarily if it was pure or not. Most people don't like too strong of a pure olive and thick taste. So they may be used to and enjoy a blend etc......... Stop being so judgmental about taste and technical about location etc...... Just explain in a "informative" manor your description of the taste so others can decide if it sounds like what they are looking for. But some of your descriptions are harsh and are not proper descriptions of the product. Your just complaining that it isn't the same taste as the product your used to buying before! I took time to read reviews of this and other brands and it amazes me how opinionated so many people are. Even if you bought 10 different Italian Made Pure Single Olive "Olive Oil" but all came from different parts of Italy... they would taste different. If you don't like the taste of something then learn to say "It wasn't the taste I was used to and expecting, but it seems to be good quality." Otherwise, if something happened in shipping, then that is the fault of the shippers, if it seems rancid then just let the company know and get a replacement. Life is simple and can be much less stressful if YOU handle things differently. I know YOU are not perfect so assume that sometimes a bad product might go out for any company, as we know this happens even in auto manufacturing, etc...... Only time to Complain is if the Company doesn't work with you to rectify a reasonable complaint of a customer. But if you got a bad product just let any business know first and see if they replace it and then write your review. So many people are so rude and quick to judge and complain and condemn others when your not perfect yourself. Take a deep breath and relax and only know that "Life is full of temporary inconveniences." Only be disappointed in bad people or bad customer service. Not others accidental mistakes.

Great Domestic Extra Virgin Olive Oil at a Great Price
I use a lot of olive oil. It is surprising how much olive oil, even expensive imported olive oil, is a mish mash of different olives from different countries, and sometimes different continents! This extra virgin olive oil, from Mexico, is excellent. It is all estate grown and processed with a wonderful flavor and texture. I use it for everything, even baking! Fantastic value and quality!

Liquid Gold, if not a little Green
My mother was Italian, and I was lucky enough to have been stationed in Greece years ago. I grew up using olive oil. I can not imagine cooking without it. But as a native Californian, I always wondered why Mexico was not a major olive oil producer like Spain. So out of curiosity, I found this product. This olive oil is worth every penny and then some. It is rich and flavorful. It does have a little bit of a raw taste, but for anyone familiar with olive oil, that rawness tells you that it's real. That rawness goes away in cooking and in making a Salad dressing. Consider the price: It is about $67 bucks per gallon. Divide it into 4 and it comes to $16.75 per quart. There might be cheaper brands, but the word has been out for years now. So much of the olive oil produced in Europe is diluted. This is the real deal. If you love olive oil, buy the product before Trump raises tariffs on Mexico.

Delicious oil, good price.
Great aroma and taste. Bottle easy to pour. Price has gone up so I wish I’d bought two of them.

Att: nut allergy sensitivity
We love this olive oil for its flavor and even cooking, but unfortunately, it is processed in a facility that also handles almonds. This has created a serious issue for our family, as our son has a nut allergy and developed clear symptoms of itching and redness after exposure. While my husband and I are disappointed to stop using it, we must prioritize his safety. We strongly wish the company would reconfigure its production to use dedicated, nut-free machinery for this otherwise excellent product.

Pay attention
Apon receiving oil based products especially cooking oils do not leave it exposed to cold temperatures … ie, the garage. It will cause cloudy conditions and taste ransid.
