Can it be used on household furnace filters

Definitely wouldn't use it indoors, your furnace filter is supposed to be a dry filter it would give you issues with your furnace if sprayed on it.

It's a spray on foam air filter oil. Typically used after cleaning a foam air filter used on off road motorcycles.

Can this be used on k&n filter?

Why not use this on K&N filters???
