They do work
Wow do these work. I take 2 1/2 hour before bed and you can feel the relaxation happening. The gummies aren’t the best flavor but are not terrible tasting. They are more expensive than just melatonin, but they do have other ingredients in them. Please read who should or who shouldn’t take these before purchase. I find I sleep longer and really feel pretty good mood wise.

Good for restless anxiety
Good for alleviating the “squirrel-cage” effect some of our minds get into, preventing sleep. These definitely help the mind to relax. I needed a larger dose than indicated, but self- monitored to figure out what was right for me.

Worked well
Great product, and value for the money. It's hard for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. Started using this product about a month ago and it worked like a charm. I am able to get a full night worked and feel rested in the morning. I did not experience any side effects or grogginess the next day. The taste is not the best or the worst. To me taste like dried prunes

It works and tastes good!
I’ve been using these for a week now and have seen a huge improvement in my sleep! I stay asleep throughout the night and wake up ready to go for the day, which is a huge improvement as previously I had trouble staying asleep and felt exhausted during the day mainly due to anxiety at night. It’s a great value and they taste great!

Not for me
The taste is bitter to me. The worst part was each time I took them, between 1am and 2am I would be wide awake and until I had to get up for work I could never get back to a good sleep. Like a rotisserie chicken.
