Very nice and thoughtful
I bought these to help my five year old be more mindful. I love the inspirational messages and easy explanations as well as the artwork. The cards and box they come in make them very durable. I highly recommend these.

These cards are amazing! The meditation exercise is short but the affirmations are a great conversation starter with your kid. They have given me a whole new outlook on my child’s view of life. I highly recommend them

Love these just wish the cards were a little bigger
Love the concept and the content. These will be great to use with my kids. Only wish the cards were a little bigger so the font can be larger on the mindfulness side of the cards. Quality of the cards are great.

Love these cards!!! I wanted to introduce my kids to mindfulness and meditation and this was exactly what I wanted. And while they say its for kids, it actually works for the whole family. The activities are simple enough for a 4 year old but deep enough for adults. And the positive affirmation on the other side is definately a nice bonus. I already have the Affirmation for Kids and Growth Mindset deck from this brand and have loved them all. But this one might be our family favorite! ❤😁

Absolutely wonderful!!!
These cards are perfect. I read through a few of them and they’re well written and the activities on them are super cute, fun and will be perfect for my 7 1/2 year old to participate in. I’m so excited to start!
