Been a user for 15 years
Many years ago I did not know how to properly dose this or anything. I used 1 full scoop and had problems thinking, and then went 1 half scoop each day, and that did the trick. I have used this product since it came out in 2009 or 2008 or some time like that. Once you understanding how to dose this properly (most likely half dose, or even 1 full scoop every several days...because everyone is different). I have my dad on this and myself, and he always gets mind clear and thinking better when he tries this. This is my daily routine, and has been for a very long time. Keep in mind that I never use 2 scoop per day, but the original 1 scoop daily recommendation is cut in half. I literally use this everyday without fail, and it has worked for a very long time for me. I am a businessman and writer, but back when I was taking this, I was literally a university student getting my degree. This is the only supplement I think I have tried and used for so long. Sorry to say for others...adjusted dosage is the only way to go, and 1 full scoop might not be even the right idea for many people (I only need 1 half a scoop, and I am good for many hours each day). Just understand that I have used this so much, and I have had family and others use it...and it worked out for over 5+ different people. I give it to my friends and others if they ask. This definitely works, but you have to think about a different dosage level if it gives you any problems.

I've been drinking this product for 4 months now and I feel amazing I had alot of brain fog I drink this before working out after 30 min you start feeling amazing
