A must for everyone
This is an absolute must for everyone’s first aid kit. It is amazing. It somehow speeds up the healing process. I was recommended it by my daughter in law when I had really bad cat bites and I couldn’t believe the results. A must have

Natural, but I wouldn't say it helps wound to heal. Taste nice though :)

Contents entirely crystallised - not usable.
Ordered this but sadly the contents were entirely crystallised. I managed to squeeze small amounts from the tube but the crystals were so hard and incredibly sharp it was excruciating to apply to the wounded area and the crystals did not dissolve with warmth, so we're pressed against the skin scratching and irritating. Even trying to warm the tube did not soften or dissolve the hard crystals, only the small amount of honey around them. So entirely unusable in any way. Really disappointed as desperately wanted to use a non medicinal product.

Soooo expensive!
I really expected it to be bigger. I'm glad I bought the "big" tube because the small one would be gone in two or three applications. Bought this rather than the plasters for chronic eczema, used for 2 weeks and it didn't help at all, but it has helped wounds in the past and it never expires, so I'll keep it for the future. I wouldn't buy again for £20 for the tiniest tube that's not even full. Seems like I just don't know what 28g is but I'm really disappointed with myself. I will buy the plasters again. It's good that it's in a tube so you can just squeeze it onto a dressing. Amazon is asking me about the stickiness... It's honey! It's sticky! Terrible value for money, doesn't work at all on eczema but if you've a wound that's taking a while to heal, try it.

This stuff is amazing! A friend that is a wound care nurse gave me some for some metal slivers in my hands. After one day, I had 2 out and it looked healthy where they were. I have since bought my own tube. It has worked well on a surgery wound that wouldn't heal, a burn and a cracked finger. It's like magic.

This stuff is amazing! I had a second degree burn on my foot and used this. You can’t even tell it was burned. I also used it on a nasty cut I got on my finger from a grater (hurt like h***, don’t recommend). It was almost fully healed by day two. Lastly, I used it on a dry patch of skin that I just couldn’t get to go away. I tried all kinds of moisturizers and it just kept itching and just didn’t seem to break the dry skin barrier. I decided to try it as a last ditch effort before going to the dermatologist. Once again, by day two it was pretty much gone. The cons? Yes, it is sticky but what else would you expect from a “honey” based salve. And, yes, it is pricey BUT it works! Who wouldn’t want to pay double for something that actually works than half price for something that doesn’t. As for the amount; a little goes a long way! I don’t anticipate using the whole thing within the next year and would want a fresh tube within the next 2 years. With that being said, I think the amount is perfect. Word from the wise, ditch the Neosporin (neomycin) and give this stuff a try. You won’t regret it!

Highly recommended by my wound doctor. It’s honey so it will be sticky. His wound healed very fast. He is diabetic and I will always keep this on hand.
