Garmin 010 11832 00 Portable Friction Mount For Glo,

Was skeptical when I purchased this. Fits the Glo perfectly and stays on the dash of my car easily. Being portable you can take out of the car with each use or not. low profile doesn't interfere with anything and can place anywhere. My dash curves downward and no problems,holds firmly. A+

I thought the GPS unit would just sit on this pad and therefore also thought it was a little pricey. I was surprised to see the GPS unit actually slides inside a rubber pouch on the top of the unit, which then sticks securely to the dash. That alone makes the price worth it.

Used it on a sailboat to hold the GPS receiver in place. Placed it at various locations on the deck out of the way of people and lines and held the GPS in place flawlessly even on seas with up to 10 ft swells and 20+ knots winds.

Worked well, staying put over some really rough terrain. Only reason it's not 5 stars is that the GPS unit gets pretty hot in this black case when the sun hits it. It got so hot that the GPS unit had to shut down multiple times over the course of a day (90-100 degrees outside the truck at the time). Maybe a lighter color (even white) would alleviate this problem.

This is a simple GPS Receiver and it works Very Well, and Hold the Signal and lasts a long time on the battery, but how long I cannot say so far. Very good price, in comparison, and the flex pad makes it stick well to glare shield of aircraft. Very Pleased.

I got this Garmin sat receiver for accurate positioning for a demanding job but also works great while using in the car! With little to no cell or wifi service/reception! Works great!

Not sticky to the touch but amazingly sticky to surfaces

Got this at the same time as a Garmin GLO 2 for a week long overland trip, and it performed superbly. Chunked it up on the dash, and it didn't budge through all of the off-road bumps. The molded pocked fits the GLO 2 perfectly, and it's malleable enough to easily get the unit in and out of the mount.

Held the GPS in place on a dusty old dash that is sloped at about 30 degrees, I was impressed...

Le tapis adhère sur toutes les surfaces lisses. Je ne connais pas le principe mais ce phénomène d'adhérence non magnétique est impressionnant.
