Ketone-IQ – A Game-Changer for Ultra-Endurance Training
As someone currently training for a 100-mile ultramarathon, I’m constantly looking for ways to optimize performance, energy, and recovery. Ketone-IQ is a supplement that’s become an essential part of my training toolkit. Let’s get one thing out of the way: the taste is... acquired. It’s sharp, medicinal, and not something you sip for pleasure. But when you’re pushing your body to the edge, taste becomes secondary to results — and the results are real. Since incorporating Ketone-IQ into my routine, I’ve noticed a significant boost in mental clarity and sustained energy during long runs. It helps me lock into a focused, steady rhythm without the spikes and crashes I sometimes experience with carbs or caffeine. The biggest surprise, though, has been the improvement in recovery. I bounce back faster from intense sessions, and my muscles feel less drained even after back-to-back long runs. In a sport where marginal gains can make or break a race, Ketone-IQ delivers a clear edge. If you’re serious about endurance and don’t mind powering through a tough taste for big benefits, this is a supplement worth trying.

Better than my old afternoon coffee
Short Story: Ketones work, it’s worth buying them at least once and experiencing the added focus and energy for yourself. I tried them and they are now part of my daily routine. Long Answer: Pros: great focus, increased energy & productivity, reduces my caffeine & sugar consumption, works with any diet/lifestyle. I bought KetoneIQ for the first time to solve my 3pm problem. I work all day and workout at 6:30pm. Everyday, around 3pm, I hit a productivity and tiredness wall which hurts my efficiency at work and while working out. To cope, I increased my standard coffee and sugar consumption which just left me feeling gross. I tried various energy drinks, which were more effective, but I just don’t like the taste or feel of energy drinks. Then I stumbled upon Ketones, and I found my solution. The effect of a shot of KetoneIQ is not just energy, but focus. I would say its akin to “being in the zone,” and without the potential anxiety of coffee. I take my shot between 3 & 4pm and they keep me going through my evening workout. Honestly, they are amazing. I was skeptical at first, but now I’m a believer. Additionally, I do not eat a keto diet. I generally eat healthy and workout 5-6 days per week (mostly crossfit) but sit at a desk for a living. The Ketones are effective regardless of my diet and workout discipline in the week. Cons: taste, price. Taste: I cannot stress to you how bad it tastes. I do not say that to dissuade from buying, you should buy KetoneIQ for sure, but you must be prepared. I take the 30mL as if it is a shot of vodka with a chaser and sometimes a little bite of something to prevent the aftertaste. Price: KetoneIQ is about $3.33/$4 per shot, which is a little cheaper than a Starbucks but a little more than a cup of cold brew at home. In my opinion, it is still very worth it. Ketones have completely replaced my need to leave the office for a $5 coffee and snack at 3pm.

Terrible taste!!
Tastes Awful. I only made it through 1 1/2 of the bottles. The taste was so bad I just couldn’t get through it. The last bottle had stuff floating in it that the other two did not. It’s almost like drinking rubbing alcohol. I decided to switch to Pruivit Ketones. I did not feel any extra energy or any boost with this one. Big disappointment for the cost.

Subtle but effective
Least expensive of the "ketones in a bottle" that are formulated for effective high ketone levels. More than just BHB, this ketone diol formula gives both focus and a subtle boost that sustains for a few hours. I have tested with my regular exercise schedule and KIQ is more effective, less jittery than caffeine, and definitely better than just a fasted state. I was surprised to notice my improved mood and focus as I moved between exercise stations. I've decided to use KIQ to help sustain a therapeutic level of ketosis in my carnivore lifestyle.

Cost effective but not as potent as Ketone Esters!
This product is definately cost effective given the amount you get for the same cost as the original ketone esters. That being said there is a difference in effect between the two forms. This new HVMN product seems to have a stronger cerebral effect and less of a cardiovascular effect. Because of this I still purchase ketone esters (from ketone aid) as the effects are considerably stronger and I can feel it through my body FULLY (and I'm willing to pay the extra money as it has helped me recover from a cancerous brain tumor and hemorrhage!the power of ketones!) So for now I use both forms. It is a shame that HVMN did away with there full ketone ester product. But it's understandable given the cost per volume and dosage. This product is an excellent solution an answer for the dose to value ratio. Excellent addition for one's daily life, ketogenic diet, recovery, or bodily optimization. Also the taste is worse than the esters. I'd rather drink it straight bitter than overly sweet and still bitter.....bad mix of flavors makes it worse on the palate. Expect chills upon swallowing.

Great supplement for keeping your energy up, without the stimulant jitteriness!
I have been using this for some time now, probably close to 1 year. While the difference is not night-and-day, it is there but not like a pre-workout that sometimes leaves you jittery. I mix this with a little bit of green tea that I buy here on Amazon (Guayusa & Yerba Mate), ad it's just the right amount of natural caffeine with ketone energy to keep me going during my 4 hour calisthenics workout at the gym every day; and if it can help this 46 yr old keep going like that, surely it can help everyone. I highly recommend a subscription for this. Oh and I take 2 "shots" worth usually, sometimes just 1. For me 2 is "just right" almost every day.

Taste awful but keeps me on my toes
It definitely works. I take a big swig instead of drinking it tho cause it taste like stomach acid.

This stuff really works!
My Dr. wanted me to stop drinking 3 cans of diet mt. dew every day and suggested this. I didn't believe for a second it would work, but bought a bottle to try, as I figure soda can't be good for me in heavy consistent volume. I was completely shocked. It worked the first day and helped me immediately move off soda. Some days I have none, other days only 1. I don't drink coffee, so for 40 years soda has been my only caffeine source. This stuff has zero come down effect and legitimately worked for me. Like I said, I'm a major skeptic on things like this, but have to acknowledge this works. I feel a fairly quick and sustained energy source. I'll also take it before workouts or sports activities. It also doesn't keep me awake at night, even if I drink it at 5pm, which is well later than I could drink caffeine. Only downside is the price. I no longer have the moral high ground on my wife buying Starbucks!
