The paste too good! The thermal performance is damn good! Quality is also very good! But has 1 con, that is its very hard to spread. It’s almost like frozen peanut butter. Used it in my Ryzen 5600H laptop, gave a decent quality of performance. In cinebench under normal conditions, Ambient room temp being 28C+ it gave a max temp of 96.5C. Avg being 86C. Then after stopping the test, the temps dropped back to 40s in 1 min 17 secs. So overall you can repaste it 3-4 times or more maybe(I game a lot so I change twice to thrice a year). Conclusion: A best value for money. And if you are using it in laptop go for Dot method, and in desktops go for spread method. You can use spread method in laptops as well but remember it very hard to spread. So I would suggest use the dot method laptops, let the heatsink do its job.

Before applying this thermal paste, my CPU temps while playing Apex Legends would spike up to 97°C. What’s surprising is that Apex isn’t even that graphics-intensive, so those temps clearly showed how bad the old paste had gotten. After applying this product, the difference was drastic — CPU temps now peak at just 70–75°C, even during long gaming sessions. The application was easy, and the performance improvement is immediately noticeable. If your system is running hotter than it should, don’t think twice — this paste really delivers!

In the box: 1x TPaste in Syringe, 1x Spatula, 1x alcohol infused cleaning cloth (size similar to a credit card) This is my 3rd purchase of C7. I have tried MX-4, MX-6, Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and Indian-made Atomdots subzero C15. Processor is rated at 45W, with max up to 54W, 6c/12t 3.0GHz base with 4.0GHz boost clocks, 95℃ tjmax. Writing it in worst to best order (first CPU stress test after applying): E) Atomdots C15 (tried Nov 2025): Laptop CPU shoots directly to 95.1℃. And then it keeps dropping from 3.29GHz to 0.34GHz (5 second window) as a part of thermal throttling. Power package: 30W to 40W, 7W during thermal throttle. D) MX-4 (tried in 2022): CPU shoots to 91℃, gradually increasing to 93-94℃. No massive thermal throttle. Clocks stay between 3.12GHz to 3.89GHz. Power package: 35W to 45W. C) Kryonaut (tried in 2023): CPU Shoots to 87℃ with gradual increase till 94℃. No massive thermal throttle. Clocks stay between 3.45GHz to 3.95GHz. Power package: 38W to 46W. B) MX-6 (tried in 2024): CPU Shoots to 85℃ with gradual increase till 93.1℃. No massive thermal throttle. Clocks stay between 3.55GHz to 3.97GHz. Power package: 41W to 46W. A) C7 (now) : CPU Shoots to 81℃ with gradual increase till 87℃. No thermal throttle. Clocks stay between 3.8GHz to 4.12GHz. Power package: 43W to 51.64W. GPU wise: 50W + 1380MHz gfx + 6001Mhz memory clock. E) Atomdots C15 (tried Nov 2025): CODMW2 DMZ: 80fps, 1080p + Performance as nVidia Image scaling. D) MX-4 (tried in 2022): - C) Kryonaut (tried in 2023): CODMW2 DMZ: 85 fps, 1080p + Ultra Quality as nVidia Image scaling. B) MX-6 (tried in 2024): CODMW2 DMZ: 95 fps, 1080p + Ultra Quality as nVidia Image scaling. A) C7 (now): CODMW2 DMZ: 105fps, 1080p native + no nVidia Image scaling. All gfx settings were set to low. If you can apply it correctly, it will work absolutely above expectation. Idling temperature on CPU hovers around 20℃ to 35℃ (I have an antivirus running in the background) All rating are from November or December (winter) with ambient temperature staying below 25℃. It's useless to show summer temperature because everything touches 95℃ during summer, on laptops. Cooling pad used: Tukzer 4-fan one. Thank you

I really like cooler master products. It's good at thermal conductivity. But at the start, the thermal paste was hardened and I had to waste some of the paste to get the inner side. It's good and quality seems fine

I purchased it some time ago ,and over that time that i have used this i think I'm qualified to give this review that its not really that great , its not that viscous kinda hard to apply , dries up really quickly and temps are somewhat alright , its priced really well so might explain the cheap quality but if you're looking for something better, more reliable then spending 100 Rs more ain't gonna hurt , better safe than sorry iykyk

Applied this thermal paste for 6 days. changed it first time in laptop so not sure if the stat is fine but happy that laptop starts again after applied. attached the stat when using it normally. laptop: HP pavillion gaming 15-dkxxxx. Also while changing in HP laptop, please keep the below items : 1. thermal paste 2. greece cleaner(isopropyl alcohol) 3. Thermal pad/putty for other IC chips Update: Due to the thermal issue mentioned above, I tried again with the following steps: 1. I bought CryoFuze 7 and reapplied the thermal paste because the temperature was reaching the 100°C threshold. 2. This time, I used a 0.5 mm thermal pad instead of the 1 mm pad, as the thicker pad was increasing the gap between the CPU and the heatsink, resulting in higher temperatures (as shown in the screenshot). 3. I also pressed the heatsink slightly and tightened the screws in the correct order to ensure proper contact between the CPU and the heatsink. 4. Now the temperatures are within fine range : around 80–85°C under 100% load and 35–40°C when idle (screenshot attached).

Great thermal paste. As someone whose hobby is messing with computers, this is my go to thermal paste. Now I'm by no means an expert but personally find this stuff does the job great. I've used it in both desktop builds and replacing the paste in laptops and it's always worked great. Helps to keep temps low under stress (of course other factors like the cooler itself affects this). The little spatula it comes with is also useful if your someone who'd rather spread the thermal paste over the chips. At the low price this thermal paste is, I think it would be hard not to reccomend it. Also a great paste for beginners to PC building to use as it is has no electrical conductivity, meaning you don't need to worry if you get some on the hardware, as it can't short anything. Overall great paste would definitely reccomend.

ROG zephyrus G14 thermals are notorious and difficult to manage due to size and design. The stock CPU/GPU paste and thermal pad substitute gel is not the greatest had the laptop around 12 months so definitely due a clean and new paste. I was getting 60-70 degree thermals average on certain titles and optimal graphics settings for its spec it is within acceptable ranges at most times unless you bite off more than your laptop can handle but with the cryofuze and K5 Pro thermal pad substitute the averages dropped between 5-15 degrees with an idle drop at around 2-5 degress very happy with the results the thermals are better than when it was brand new with the rubbish stock pastes. It is not a miracle cure for better thermals or solves the G14 thermal issues with the design i.e hot keyboard lol but is really effective in helping lower the averages.
