Holy crap this kit! It was so much better than I expected it to be! So many lights and good quality for the price!

Very easy to set up the lighting was excellent and looks great in my studio room and everything functions well I definitely recommend especially for a content creator like me.

Pros: Love the kit , definitely worth buying the kit for the price it is selling for. It’s definitely worth it for someone who is trying to start off in photography! Stands and poles are sturdy, light bulbs included, sand bag included, 3 soft boxes, 2 silver umbrellas, 1 gold umbrella & 2 white umbrellas, backdrop stand, 3 backdrops (white, black & green) & a case to hold everything. Unfortunately my kit was missing the clamps and the reflectors but overall for the price - it was a good purchase. Cons: light bulbs are not bright enough (a lot of comments saying they changed to LED lights bulbs which made a huge difference), wires are not long enough so you’ll need multiple extension cords, the backdrops are super thin so they are see-through so I’d suggest putting the black one behind the white backdrop if you're going to use the white one or green to block out the back lighting.

I bought this ShowMaven lighting plus backdrop kit because my product shots were all harsh shadows and weird color casts from ceiling lights. This bundle fixed that in one afternoon: consistent lighting and a clean background without hunting down a dozen separate pieces. Pros Truly all-in-one: backdrop stand, multiple light stands, soft boxes/umbrellas, clamps, reflector, and 45W bulbs (plus a carry bag), so you can set up and start shooting, Softer, more controllable light: the 20”x28” soft boxes and 33” umbrellas diffuse light well, and the adjustable, rotating heads make it easier to avoid glare on glossy items, Solid backdrops: the polyester sheets drape nicely and can be washed or steamed/ironed on low when they arrive folded. Cons The stands are on the lighter side, great for portability, but I’d add weight if you have pets/kids or strong airflow, There are a lot of parts; the first setup takes a bit of sorting. Final recommendation If you’re moving from “phone pics on the kitchen table” to clean, repeatable product photos (or simple portraits), this is a strong value kit

i needed a simple light kit for a video project i'm working on. this one totally fit the bill. the soft boxes are fantastic and the umbrellas work exactly as you'd expect. i also like the different colors available inside the umbrellas. the ability to warm up a scene using just the lighting saved me a lot of time in post. the stands themselves are a tad on the flimsy side, but strong enough to support what they are holding. you will need to also purchase some extension cords, and probably a power strip, as the cords for the lights aren't super long. but all in all, this is a great starter kit!

This set I didn't expect it to be so big ! It is well worth the money if not under value of it's worth! Everything is great quality. Came with all the light bulbs and color filters. If you are looking for something to make your entire wall a green screen this product is perfect! My son likes making little videos so we have enjoyed this.

Not the highest quality product but can get the job done if you need to on a budget. Takes a lot of time to set up, especially the first few times but gets easier as you do it. Fabric gets wrinkled easily which is a pain later for editing.

This is a nice set up for a beginning photographer. One of the light bulbs didn't work but other than that, it is worth the price.
