It distributes heat extremely even across the pan. It works especially well when cooking on a gas stove. The magic of this pan comes out on the gas stove!!

I love this pan! I was a little concerned about the dimpled base but this works fine (heats, not too sticky, cleans) and causes no problems. I’ve cooked pasta sauces, curries, omelettes, chicken fajitas and meat with no issues. It’s a great looking pan so works well when serving directly from it at the table. Very happy. Looking forward to using for roast chicken, etc, in the oven. It’s not as large (tall) as I thought it would be so did consider swapping for the higher one but this has not proved to be a big concern. Construction is solid and this feels that it will last a lifetime - which is one of the reasons I bought Fissler. Works well on induction. The lid is thin which is my only minor criticism - not sure that will impact anything.

Gewohnte Qualität! Alle Töpfe und Pfannen haben wir von Fissler Original Profi Collection. Eine kleine Pfanne fehlt uns noch. Schade dass es die 24 cm Servierpfanne nicht auch noch ohne Novagrill gibt.😔

This is a great stainless steel pan. Works perfectly with induction appliances. I expect it to last many many years as the other profi line items I have.

Liebe diese Pfanne! Durch die Novo Funktion schmeckt das Essen wirklich viel besser als in einer gewöhnlichen Pfanne! Man braucht einiges mehr Öl, aber das lohnt sich für das Ergebnis! Es brennt nichts an, lediglich passiert es, das der Boden antrocknet, wenn zu wenig Öl oder Butter, Ghee oder was auch immer man verwendet vorhanden ist! Ich wasche Sie immer per Hand, da man den Boden unbedingt kurz mit einem Scheuerschwamm bearbeiten muss und dann kann man den Rest auch gleich mit waschen. Mag gerne das ein Deckel dabei ist , sehr praktisch für viele Speißen, wie Schnitzel oder Gulasch… Fissler lieben wir!
