So happy I chose this option for my newly renovated bathroom! Works perfectly and is beautiful. It’s easy to switch between rain shower and mini handle shower (some other products you have to reach high to change the setting; this product has a knob to control it directly where you turn the water on/off).

Wonderful 16" x 16" rainfall shower head at a great price point. This product skillfully incorporates elegance with heavy duty hardware. Works great and so beautiful. I was so impressed that I bought 2. Had a slight cosmetic problem on one of the cover plates, so I contacted the company, They were very responsive and assured me that the issue would be taken care of. They quickly mailed out a replacement for the piece that I requested and stayed in constant contact with me until I received the replacement. They stand behind their product 100%. Wish I could leave more than 5 star! Buy it, you won't be sorry.

I just installed the 8" square shower head with hand-held shower in our downstairs bathroom and so far I'm really pleased with it. The valve unit is cast brass and all the trim, handles, shower head, etc. are all metal and made really well! Installation went really smoothly and I was impressed with the straightforward design of the cover plate.I also really liked the design of the hand-held shower unit. By loosening the two set screws, you can remove the the threaded brass nipple completely and install it in the threaded water supply fitting in your wall. Once it's tight, pop the hand-held bracket and trim back on, level it and tighten the set screws. Perfect! The hose on the hand-held can swivel so no more twisted and tangled hose.I have two minor complaints - the instructions are really poor (they say nothing about the set screws) so it's helpful to have prior experience. Secondly, I had to make and install a washer under the large brass nut that holds the shower valve in place. Without the washer, the nut screwed in too far making it impossible to then screw on the dome shaped decorative piece under the main handle.I'm still giving it 5 stars though because of the low price along with the overall quality. I'll update this review if I have any problems with it down the road.

It took me a while for installation. However, I find out there is a little leak between the connectors. Although it is not very serious, it is unacceptable for a brand new product. And when I receive the product, I didn't see any type of sealing strip. I don't know whether it is a return product or it is intended by the seller. But as a buyer, I don't want to purchase item without sealing strip. Or at least the seller should specify in the description. Anyway, I am very disappointed about this product!
