Green Foods - Carrot Essence, 5.3 oz powder

I am fighting cancer (and doing great, thanks be to God and the AIP/Paleo diet and cancertutor,com!!) Fresh organic carrot juice is one of the "guns" I have aimed at my invasive ductal carcinoma (refused chemo and radiation); usually I make it fresh. But when traveling, too busy, or impecunious, I grab this container and put some into my green smoothies. I have an empty jar I use for some of this plus a scoop of green powder with wheatgrass juice in it, and I bring it with me to water aerobics in my gym bag if I am going to be out too long or haven't had breakfast - I get a smoothie at the healthplex and have them leave out the dfairy/sugar/gluten/soy items, and add this. Very nice, and I feel amaaaaazing! VERY good stuff, would give 6 stars. Get some!

I love this product added to fresh green juice drinks that I make. It adds just enough sweetness to some of the greens which are a bit acrid, and makes the drinks healthful and tasty. Definitely will buy again.

I understand the benefits of juicing, but I was getting annoyed of the clean up. I came across this powder and decided to give it a whirl. I hope that I will reap some of the same benefits compared to juicing. This powder blends well with water. It does not have a gritty texture. I also mix it with the beet essence and overall it works well together. I highly recommend this product!

Top notch product with what seems like authentic ingredients. I can barely tell it apart from what fresh-squeezed carrot juice would taste like. It tastes like slightly sweet carrots, not bitter or fake sweet...no sugar has been added.

I opened it and when I saw how empty it was, I took a pic. They could put twice as much in and charge a little more. All that plastic waste but at least they don't throw in a scoop with every package. I tried it right away and gave some to my dog. He licked the bowl trying to get all of it. I got a belly ache. Hopefully that's a 1 time thing. Hope our eyesight improves. Nice and powdery, not a big chunk like some others. Tastes OK.

This carrot juice is solid. It's the kind I recommend to my own online community. I've tried 4 brands from Amazon. It is as good as 'Just Carrots' which is pretty expensive but I still consider it the best overall product. AIM Just Carrots for great carrot juice (this is as good as it gets, unless you juice organic carrot by yourself- which takes hours) If you are looking for a almost as great, less expensive product- try Carrot Essence. I mix it with a little bit of Stevia Extract and it's really good.
