As I recall, it came assembled.

Why do you all provide this with hardware that doesn't match? The screws are too long and don't fit properly.

I got the stand and all hardware fit perfectly. I am sorry you did not get the correct stuff. I would return it or contact them to send you different hardware.

Is the "white" more of an antique white or is a bright white?

It’s white... but I wouldn’t say bright... maybe a dull white.
