I've been taking this for 11 days. I hoped to feel less aching in my legs when I walk. I'm pleased that as of this morning's walk, I have no aches at all. This tells me the arteries and veins are being cleaned and blood flow is being restored. More time is needed to see if the good result is maintained, but so far, so good.

I, recently, purchased my second order of this supplement! It exceeded my expectations! I am on the maximum dose of valsartan and on metoprolol 25 mg daily. I developed hypertension in my 50s after I started taking Pentasa for Crohn's disease. I am sixty years old. My BP, on average, ranged in the 130s/90s. Several weeks after taking Nattokinase NSK-SD+Elastin F, I went to my gastroenterologist to get an Entyvio infusion to treat Crohn's. I was shocked when the nurse told me that my blood pressure was 126/84. I expected it to be elevated because I injured my lumbar spine. Driving to my doctor's aggravated my injury. They had to put me in a wheelchair. Everyone advised me to go to the hospital. I insisted on getting my infusion because I had missed my appointment to get my infusion the week before. I did not want my Crohn's to get worse. You can imagine how stressed I was when they wheeled me to get my vitals. I expected my BP to be in the 140s/90s at least! I could not believe it when the nurse told me that my BP was 126/84! Yesterday, I had an appointment with my gynecologist. My BP was 116/80!! I could not believe it. The only difference that I am doing is taking this supplement. This supplement will be a staple in my diet. Glory to GOD!! I highly recommend this supplement for those who are taking antihypertensive medications and still have elevated a BP. I am a pharmacist and felt comfortable taking this medication. You may want to talk to your doctor fist. Also, do not stop taking your prescribed medication! Take this in addition to you prescribed medication like I do.
