Nothing beats an incandescent bulb!
A few years ago I changed over all the bulbs on an 06 Sierra Denali. After working through enough downfalls of LED "technology" I am happy to report that the truck looks and operates a lot better again. Yes, operates better - now with incandescent bulbs back in I wont get the fun flicker all the time, not entirely illuminated bulb, or even the really fun when using the turn signal all the signal/marker lights come on steadily because of an LED mode of failure.Now if I can only get those that have lights that pierce into your soul as you're driving at night to change them LEDs out.. Nobody should have to wear a welding hood at night in your own vehicle.

Exact Replacement and Quickly Had
I was going to "buy local", but my local shops (both my main choice and an alternate) only quoted the LED replacement for this incandescent. Given the Sylvania 4157NA that were originally installed by Toyota in my now 13 yr old truck lasted over 13 yrs (and the other turn signal lamp is still functioning), I didn't need anything different. Especially at over $20 from either of the local auto parts stores. (I like to support local businesses -IF they support me. But upselling an alternative at 4 times the price of what I actually need is a bit much when I can have it delivered to my door the very next day.)

Works just like needed.
When there is a push to use LEDs for auto lights, it is nice to know that I can still get some Sylvania bulbs to do a quick replacement. These work just like I need them to. Cheaper than the big box store and I didn't have to drive to get them.
