It works the same as Flonase and the bottle does not leak.

Flonase is a totally different, and much less dangerous product than Afrin. You can use Flonase daily. Forever. I've used it daily for over 20 years. You can build an "addiction" and rebound after a week with Afrin.

Q: Is this the same as Nasonex?

Good morning, The active ingredient is "Fluticasone Propionate" which is the active ingredient in Flonase. This is generic for Flonase not Nasonex.
